Enjoy my new demo video: Sivananda Yoga Sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) & Gentle Yoga sun salute modifications. This is a warm up for 12 main yoga postures. See www.sivananda.org for the full sequence. 

Check with your doctor for any medical concerns. Make sure all of the yoga postures are comfortable and there is no strain, only ease and peace in the body and mind.
Ideally you can do this at sunrise or sundown. But anytime a day this is useful to increase circulation, flexibility, energy and vitality. Enjoy your yoga!
