Here is a photo of the Sivananda yoga hatha yoga full sequence, after sun salutes to warm up (not shown here, try 4-6 rounds) and after pranayama (breathing exercises). End with a 10-15 minute deep relaxation. Modify to do gentle adaptions of these postures for any conditions or health concerns as needed (in chairs as needed too). yoga is for everyone!
